Opportunities at the Population Health Hub

NHS England Population Health Fellowship Programme 2025/26

Are you passionate about tackling health inequalities and making a real difference in people’s lives? We’re on the lookout for driven and enthusiastic professionals to join the NHS England Population Health Fellowship Programme for 2025/26!

We have two fellowships on offer for the 2025/26 cycle – one hosted by the City and Hackney Population Health Hub focusing on prevention, and the other by East London NHS Foundation Trust (ELFT) focusing on organisational strategy.

These prestigious fellowships are your chance to be at the forefront of change – empowering you to embed population health principles into everyday practice and drive impactful strategies across the health and care system.

Whether you’re from healthcare, or a wider public sector background, this programme is designed to supercharge your ability to influence systems, shape policy, and lead on projects that improve health outcomes for entire communities.
