Population Health and Inequalities Showcase

The Population Health Hub presented the Population Health and Inequalities showcase on the 12th September 2024, from 18:30 – 21:00. We had presented the different works happening on inequalities and population health across City and Hackney.

We have heard from partners in the system and connected with colleagues doing similar work.

We shared tools and resources to support your work on inequalities and population health.

Resident involvement Community of Practice

This group has been set-up to bring together professionals from across the system who work with residents or who have an interest in resident involvement. It aims to support members to develop knowledge, skills and confidence in working collaboratively with residents; demonstrate the value of working in this way; and build connections with others doing similar work in order to share learning, best practice and resources.

We will be delivering online learning sessions, in person events and quarterly bulletins. Sign-up here
