The Population Health Hub Lunch and Learn Programme
The Population Health Hub is delivering a monthly, online Lunch and Learn Programme.

1. An introduction to the MATCH (Embedding Health Equity) Programme and what has been delivered so far (Wednesday 4th December, 12-1) This will be delivered by Joia De Sa, Consultant in Public Health.

Resident involvement Community of Practice
This group has been set-up to bring together professionals from across the system who work with residents or who have an interest in resident involvement. It aims to support members to develop knowledge, skills and confidence in working collaboratively with residents; demonstrate the value of working in this way; and build connections with others doing similar work in order to share learning, best practice and resources.
