Population Health Hub Showcase Event 2024
The 2024 Population Health and Inequalities Showcase brought together partners from across the health and care system in Hackney and the City of London to showcase the incredible work happening locally; increase awareness of the resources and tools to improve population health and support connections between partners working to reduce inequalities.
Thank you to those who presented and everyone who attended and made it such a memorable evening!

In order to build on the collective learning and energy sparked during the event, we will be launching a monthly, online Lunch and Learn Programme.
PHH Lunch and Learns
1. How to measure impact better – support with evaluation (Weds 6 Nov 2024, 12-1pm, 1:1 surgeries on Weds 6 Nov 2024, 1-3pm). This session was delivered by Anna Garner, Head of performance and population health.
2. An introduction to the MATCH (Embedding Health Equity) Programme and what has been delivered so far (Weds 4 Dec 2024, 12-1pm) This session was delivered by Joia De Sa, Consultant in Public Health.
3. How to carry out literature reviews – introducing a toolkit to support this (Weds 5 Feb 2025, 12-1pm, 1:1 surgeries on Thurs 6 Feb 2025, 9am-12pm) This session and was delivered by Melissa Matz, Public Health Analyst.
4. An introduction to the City and Hackney Population Health Hub and a conversation on how to start thinking about inequalities in your work (Population Health Hub Team)
