MATCH
What is MATCH?
The eMbedding heAlth equiTy in City & Hackney (MATCH) programme aims to identify and reduce inequalities across the City & Hackney health care system by working together with partners across the system.
Each year the programme looks at key areas where deep health inequalities exist within City and Hackney. We invite partners across the statutory and voluntary, community, and social enterprise sectors to work together in a participatory process collaborating on areas for change.
